This beautifully curved knife is built for a number of multipurpose roles. The Raptor is first and foremost a fighting knife, but will serve the purpose as a hunting knife, camp knife, and a fillet knife. The back edge is sharpened two thirds of the way down, still leaving a large area that you can place your thumb on for the fine work needed for cooking and carving.
